-
We believe that the Bible is God’s book to
all people and it is without error.
-
We believe the Jesus Christ is the risen son
of God and the only person that can give eternal life.
-
We believe Jesus lived in flesh, died for our
wrongs and rose again, so that we can be forgiven and receive the free gift of eternal life.
-
We believe in baptism of those that accept
Christ by immersion in obedience to Jesus command given in
Matthew 28 and by His example set for us in
Mark 1 with John
the Baptist. Baptism
is
not
a means to salvation.
-
We believe in partaking the Lord’s Supper,
not as a ritual, but as an opportunity to reflect on what
Jesus has
done for us personally in
accordance with 1Corinthians 11. The
Lord’s Supper is
not
a means to salvation.
-
We believe God exists as the Father, Son &
Holy Spirit (Trinity).
-
We believe that God loves all people, no
matter what their mistakes or past and will accept them no
matter the circumstances if they will
come to him.
Receiving Salvation:
-
Admit—Admit to God you have done and your
sorry. The Bible says that we have all sinned (or done wrong
against God) and fell short of what God intended for our lives
(Romans 3:23).
-
Believe– Believe that Jesus died, rose
again and has given you the gift of eternal life. The Bible says
that God loved this world so much that He gave his only Son to
die and whoever would believe in Him, they
would receive eternal life
(John 3:16)
-
Confess–
Tell others about Jesus and how you came to know Him. The Bible says that
if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and
believe in your heart that God raised
Him from the grave, you will be saved
(Romans 10:9).
